Pottery
Tina’s first career was as a potter. Having graduated in 1966 from the Central School of Arts and Crafts, she went on to work both as a professional potter and teacher, working with a range of students including secondary pupils and adults with learning difficulties.
Tina’s main workshop was in Camden Town, London, where she supplied shops such as Heal’s and Liberty.
In 1979 meant a career change with the arrival if children. For a while both Tina and Mike created little pottery animals (Widgits) selling them to many outlets and exporting to the USA.
