The workshop was in the basement of an old rather derelict georgian building. There was a wonderful furniture restorer upstairs and a friendly group of shop fitters who helped with many practical things. The large room had all the equipment, including a very large double door kiln, which Tina bought second-hand and rebuilt brick by brick. It was originally a shop so Tina could use the shop window to display her work.
