Two bridges were planned. One was to be a viaduct at the back crossing the valley and the other a metal bridge up to the top station.
The metal bridge was on a bend so once again I had to modify a kit bridge and add my own extras. The basics of this had to go in very early so the track could be completed.
The base for the viaduct was fixed so the track could be laid, but the final design of was settled much later. The viaduct idea didn’t work out because of space so became a tunnel at the back of the valley with the road curving behind.
The metal bridge was finished with tie bars across the top.
